The 92nd (Gordon Highlanders) Regiment of Foot was a British Army infantry regiment raised in 1794. They played a prominent role during the Napoleonic Wars, serving in the Peninsular War and at Waterloo. They fought with distinction in Spain and Portugal, and participated in major battles like Quatre Bras and Waterloo.
