1417 Vakama was a BIONICLE TECHNIC set released in 2001. The set contained the first incarnation of Vakama. The set is identical to the 8540 Vakama, however it was released in Japan as a Kabaya promotional set. This set was also released in the Woolworths exclusive pack in 2003.
