DELIVERY INFORMATION

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We ship orders exactly as entered at checkout, without making any alterations to the address provided.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost once a corrected address has been confirmed (if applicable).

UK
All UK orders are tracked, and you will receive SMS and/or email notifications along with delivery updates to the contact details you provide.

UK Standard Shipping (Royal Mail):
(2-3 working days - excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays.)
In rare cases it can take up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.

All UK orders over £55 qualify for Free Postage.
EUROPE Exc. Germany
All orders over £22.50 are tracked, and you will receive SMS and/or email notifications along with delivery updates to the contact details you provide.

Europe Standard Shipping (Royal Mail):
(5-10 working days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) Orders over £22.50 include tracking and signature upon delivery. In rare cases delivery can take up to 35 working days to be delivered.
Germany
All orders to Germany are sent tracked, and you will receive SMS and/or email notifications along with delivery updates to the contact details you provide.

Deutsche Post do not always contact customers regarding import fees and instead return to sender. Please monitor the tracking provided and pay import fees swiftly to ensure your order is not returned to sender.

International Tracked (Royal Mail):
(5-10 working days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) All orders have tracking. In rare cases delivery can take up to 35 working days to be delivered.

UPS Express:
(2-3 working days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) All orders have tracking.

REST OF THE WORLD
All orders over £22.50 are tracked, and you will receive SMS and/or email notifications along with delivery updates to the contact details you provide.

Rest of the World Standard Shipping (Royal Mail):
(10-35 working days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) Orders over £22.50 include tracking and signature upon delivery. In rare cases delivery can take up to 40 working days to be delivered.

Our delivery times are based on working days Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and are not guaranteed.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
The times listed above does not include picking and processing lead time which can be up to 2-3 working days.

RETURN POLICY
Please find below details of our returns policy. Details of your full consumer rights can be found in our Terms and Conditions page.
When you buy goods from our website or by telephone, a distance sales contract is formed, under which you have a short time to change your mind and return the goods to us. Please read the following information carefully about your rights. If goods are faulty or misdescribed then you have additional rights - see below.

1. You have the legal right to cancel the contract for a limited time without giving any reason, but we would welcome your feedback as it helps us to improve.

2. Your right to cancel ends 14 calendar days from the the day following:
(a) The day your receive your order, or
(b) The day you receive the last of your order when it's delivered in instalments.

3. To cancel, you must inform us of your wishes either by post or in an email.
​
4. If you cancel this contract, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of delivery on your order. Note any additional cost of return delivery or enhanced delivery chosen by you will not be refunded e.g. next day delivery.

5. We do everything we can to make sure our goods reach you in perfect condition, however if there is anything wrong with your order please tell us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

If goods are faulty, misdescribed or have been damaged in transit then please contact us telling us what is wrong and remember to provide your name, address and order number. Where possible include a photograph of any damage caused to packaging in transit as this will help us to raise the matter with our courier.

6. Where goods are faulty or have been misdescribed then you have a short-term right to reject them for a full refund or ask us to send you a replacement as you prefer.
​
7. All refunds will be made using the same method as payment as used when ordering.
​
8. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
